  Shipping and Delivery

  Order by 3pm (9am Saturdays) for same day shipping

• Orders received by 3pm Monday-Friday (9am on Saturdays) are despatched the same day
• All orders are shipped from our UK stock
• For orders to UK addresses our standard shipping method is Royal Mail 2nd Class Post.
• For orders to International addresses our standard shipping method is Royal Mail International Signed For

Ordering / Despatch Procedure:

• Notes can be added to your order, for example, if your address is difficult to find.  Any delivery instructions (up to a 90 character limit) will be included on the address label.
• When you have placed an order, you will receive an automated order acknowledgement. This is not to accept your order but just to confirm that we have received your order together with payment.
• When your order has been processed and packed you will receive a second email confirming your order is ready for shipping and when and how it will be shipped.

Item/s out of Stock:

• If we do not have all the items in stock to fulfil your order, we will email and/or telephone you, assuming you have provided a telephone number, as soon as possible with full information about the product/s out of stock, when it/they are expected back in stock and give you the option (a) to make substitutes, (b) cancel the out of stock item/s or (c) cancel the entire order.
• We will never choose substitutes for you
• If we do not get a response to our email and/or phone call we will send the balance of order and refund your card as appropriate.

Orders Returned as Undeliverable:

• If your order is returned to us as being undeliverable, for whatever reason, we will refund you for the goods only less a 20% restocking fee.
